Covid 19 Restrictions and Trading and Delivery Customer Information

Will I be able to just come by the shop and order flowers on the day?

No all flowers MUST be pre ordered for contactless pick up or delivery.

How can I ensure my flowers will get there safely?

It will be the customers responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the address at time of delivery. If they will not be there for any reason the customer must write a note explaining to us where to leave the flowers and it will then be their responsibility to let the recipient knows where they have been left.

What if the courier can't access the property?

If for any reason the courier can not access the property we will ring the recipient, if we are unable to get hold of them the flowers will be returned to the shop until we have further details. A second courier fee may incur.

Will my flowers I have chosen look exactly like the picture?

We will endeavour to make your chosen product as close to the picture as possible, due to some restrictions with supply with certain flower varieties due to covid 19 they may be substituted for a similar or different colour while still looking as close to the chosen design as possible.
