Covid Operating Policies & Procedures

Please note the following important changes to our covid-19 omicron protocols:

ALL deliveries will be contactless - please ensure you include a valid contact name and phone number for the recipient. The couriers are unable to complete a delivery without a phone number for the recipient. It is the responsibility of the person who placed the order to ensure the recipient is at the location when the delivery is made.

If the courier is unable to leave the delivery in a safe place for whatever reason the flowers/items will be returned to the shop, and a second delivery fee may incur.

Please advise us if the recipient is isolating or any other important information we should be aware of (i.e. there is a dog at the property, a locked gate, or the recipient has an impairment).

If you have been in a location of interest, or have a household member who has been exposed to any of the covid 19 variants and is currently isolating please do not come into the shop.

Please only come to the shop if you are well, and NOT showing signs of Covid 19.  We are contactable via phone or on the website if you need to order flowers.

By placing an order on our website you agree to these terms.  Victoriana florist and its staff members reserve the right to refuse delivery or acceptance of any order if we believe it will put our staff or our couriers at risk of exposure to any of the Covid variants.
