Delivery Monday to Friday

Same day delivery is guaranteed on orders placed before 2pm New Zealand Time. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.

Saturday Delivery Service

Same day delivery by Victoriana Florist is available locally on orders placed by 10am New Zealand Time. Same day delivery is available on orders placed after this times, but it is not guaranteed.Please note: Deliveries to remote or difficult delivery areas may not be same-day guaranteed.

Deliveries

Victoriana Florist are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If you are the customer, you must make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order form for delivery. There must be a contact phone number on the order form. We may need to contact the recipient to check if they are at the location before they attempt to deliver the goods. Additional delivery charges may apply if we the florist or the courier company we use have to deliver the goods more than once. Alternatively the recipient may have to collect the order from our premises, or from the Courier Depot.

Please restrict your requests to AM or PM delivery if that is important to you. Such deliveries can only be made during local business hours.

NOTE: AM DELIVERY IS BEFORE OR BY 1PM, PM DELIVERY IS BEFORE OR BY 6PM.

If the flowers are for a timed event like a funeral, we will do their best to assist.

Courier Services
All our courier services run on a 3-4 hour time frame if you are wanting the flowers to be there within a certain time frame ie before 10.30 AM please use the urgent courier service option. This service is not valid on rural deliveries.  

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your order, or make changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible as we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
