Can you really deliver today?
Yes. Order by 2pm Monday to Friday and your flowers go out the same day across the Hutt Valley, Wellington, Porirua and Kāpiti. After 2pm, or over the weekend, we deliver on the next delivery day. We don't deliver on weekends at the moment unless it's been arranged in advance.
What if nobody's home?
We try the recipient on the number you give us. If we can't reach them we leave the flowers somewhere safe and shaded, or arrange another time. For hospitals, rest homes and workplaces we deliver to reception.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
As close as we can get it. We buy fresh at the auction each morning, so if a bloom isn't available we swap in something of the same style, colour and value. Never a downgrade.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the bouquet hasn't been made or picked up by the courier. Ring the shop on 04 527 8008 or email hello@victorianaflorist.co.nz straight away.
Can I add chocolates, a vase or a card?
Every order includes a handwritten card, just fill in the message above. Chocolates and a vase can be added right under the Add to cart button.
Can I order over the phone?
Of course. Ring 04 527 8008 during shop hours and a florist will take your order and card message.
