As a family owned and operated business we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, word of mouth and repeat business. 

Delivery Monday to Friday

Same day delivery is guaranteed on orders placed before 2pm New Zealand Time. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.

Saturday Deliveries

Same day delivery by Victoriana Florist is available locally on orders placed by 12pm New Zealand Time. Same day delivery is available on orders placed after this times, but it is not guaranteed. 

Please note: Deliveries to remote or difficult delivery areas may not be same-day guaranteed.

Sunday Deliveries

We are Closed on Sunday unless by prior arrangement for a specific occasion such as Mothers Day.

Deliveries

Victoriana Florist are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If you are the customer, you must make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order form for delivery. There must be a contact phone number on the order form,We may need to contact the recipient to check if they are at the location before they attempt to deliver the goods. Additional delivery charges may apply if we the florist or the courier company we use have to deliver the goods more than once. Alternatively the recipient may have to collect the order from our premises, or from the Courier Depot.

Please restrict your requests to AM or PM delivery if that is important to you. Such deliveries can only be made during local business hours. 

NOTE: AM DELIVERY IS BEFORE OR BY 1PM, PM DELIVERY IS BEFORE OR BY 5PM. TIMED DELIVERIES MUST USE THE URGENT COURIER SERVICE. 

If the flowers are for a timed event like a funeral, we will do their best to assist. 

Courier Services

All our courier services run on a 3-4 hour time frame if you are wanting the flowers to be there within a certain time frame ie before 10.30 AM please use the urgent courier service option.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, or make changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible as we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Customer Information 

All information collected about customers is used for the purpose of processing orders and communicating with you the customer regarding your order. All information is kept safe and secure following strict security procedures and is only used for the purposes outlined above. We respect the privacy and or security concerns of all users of our site and promise that all personal information you provide to Victoriana Florist will be kept confidential. Under no circumstance will your information be passed on to a third party (unless required to by New Zealand law.)

Quality

Certain seasonal and environmental conditions may affect the supply and cost of flowers and foliages. Victoriana Florist reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your order in these circumstances.

Containers and Baskets

We will do our best to match the container or basket shown. However, if the particular container shown is not available, we will arrange a substitute of a similar style and value.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the date requested. However, we endeavour to construct the design as close as possible to the image displayed which you have chosen.

Flowers are seasonal and there may be circumstances where the type of flower displayed may not be available in these rare circumstances we will need to substitute a flower of similar colour and or shape.

Where a design is shown as one type of flower for example a bouquet of roses then we will not substitute another type of flower. If in the rare circumstance we are not able to supply roses or the flower in question we will always contact you to discuss another alternative.

Price and Value

All prices given are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD). Prices may vary for different locations e.g. Nationwide, we will advise you of this before your order is accepted.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Victoriana Florist have a 24 hour Quality Satisfaction Guarantee on all products. If you are not happy for any reason with your flowers we will collect or have you return the existing flower's and replace them with a fresh product. The original product must be returned in the condition it left the shop in.

Making a Contract With Us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you when we accept your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will not take payment and we will advise you that the goods are no longer available.

 
An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery, billing and any other relevant details for your order eg: an optional gift message for gift cards, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also email you with confirmation of your order.
 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

This website is governed by, and is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.

By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Victoriana Florist Ltd may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.
