Harbour City Funeral Home and every other funeral home, church, chapel and crematorium across Upper Hutt and the Hutt Valley. Give us the service time at checkout and we will deliver ahead of it, and check in with the funeral director so nothing is missed.

Questions people ask us
I'm not family. What should I send?

A sympathy bouquet or basket sent to the family home is the usual choice for friends, neighbours and colleagues. Casket sprays are normally chosen by immediate family, and wreaths by family, workplaces or groups. If you are unsure, call us and we will help.
Can you deliver to the wake or the family home instead?

Yes. Tell us the address at checkout and we will deliver there instead of the funeral home. Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, or 10am Saturday.
Can you match a favourite flower or colour?

Yes. Add a note at checkout with the colours or flowers you would like and we will build the tribute around them, subject to what is in season.
We're a workplace or organisation. Can you invoice us?

Yes. We work with local businesses, councils and organisations across the Wellington region and can set up an account and invoice you. Call the shop or email flowers@victorianaflorist.co.nz.
How far ahead do I need to order?

For casket sprays and wreaths, the day before the service is ideal so we can source the best flowers. Same-day is possible on orders before 2pm. Call us if the service is sooner than that and we will do everything we can.
What if the service details change?

Call us on 04 527 8008 as soon as you know. We will update the delivery and confirm the new time with the funeral director.
