We take your privacy seriously, plain and simple. Here's what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you place an order or get in touch, we collect the basics: your name, delivery address, email, phone number, and payment details (handled securely through our payment provider, we never see or store your full card details ourselves). If you sign up for updates, we'll keep your email on file for that too.

What we use it for

To get your flowers to the right place, on time. To send you order confirmations, delivery updates, and, if you've opted in, occasional emails about what's fresh in store or offers you might like. We don't use your information for anything else, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to get your order delivered: our courier partners, and the software that runs our store and email marketing (Shopify and Klaviyo). Each of those has their own privacy obligations to protect your data.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email flowers@victorianaflorist.co.nz and we'll sort it out.

Our website uses cookies to remember your cart and understand how people use the site. You can turn these off in your browser settings, though some parts of the site might not work as well.
